In 2016, when we embarked on a total refit/restoration of Meridian, I had our surveyor confirm that her bones were good. His report: “She is as sound as she was when I first saw her”, that was in 1991! Other than a bit worn looking, she had some soft spots in the aft quarterdeck and the fore-deck that needed to be repaired.

As is normal(?), we started at the end…. the back-end…. the Aft-End!
